Every MONARK timepiece is backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty reflects our commitment to providing a reliable ownership experience by covering manufacturing defects that may occur under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

Your warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:

  • Movement performance

  • Internal components

  • Case and crown functionality

  • Dial and hand-related manufacturing defects

Water Resistance

Your MONARK timepiece is designed for everyday wear and provides protection against:

  • Light rain

  • Accidental splashes

  • Everyday exposure to moisture

The watch features a securely sealed case and crown system designed to help protect the movement during normal daily use. However, it is not intended for:

  • Swimming

  • Diving

  • Hot showers

  • Prolonged or intentional exposure to water

To help maintain the performance and longevity of your watch, always ensure the crown is fully secured before any contact with water.

Please note that water resistance may naturally decrease over time due to normal wear and the ageing of seals and gaskets.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

  • Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage

  • Battery replacement

  • Natural ageing or wear of the leather strap

  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs or modifications
